BACKGROUND:

This action arises out of allegations from Plaintiff Alejandra Alejandre Solorio, an individual who began employment with the SSC Defendants on April 22, 2018 as a janitorial employee, who alleges that during her employment, she was raped by her supervisor Isaac on July 8, 2018. (Complaint, ¶¶ 21-24.) Plaintiff alleges that she reported the rape to her employers, but her employers took no action against Isaac and Plaintiff was forced to continue working with him until she left her employment on January 31, 2019. (Id. at ¶ 25.)
