Background

Plaintiff Wei Si (“Plaintiff”) filed this action following a motor vehicle collision with a bus owned and operated by Defendant Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“Defendant”). Plaintiff’s complaint references negligent entrustment, and Defendant seeks to strike these references. Plaintiff does not oppose the motion, which is granted without leave to amend.
