Defendants Cameron Weiss, Connor Gilligan, Justin Ross, Travis Lash, Kris Di Giovanni, Greg Bookey, Weiss & Di Giovanni LLP, and Dynamic Sports Group’s motion to compel Plaintiff Joseph Barkett’s claims to arbitration is GRANTED.

On April 22, 2020, Plaintiff Joseph Barkett brought the instant suit against Defendants Cameron Weiss, Connor Gilligan, Justin Ross, Travis Lash, Kris Di Giovanni, Greg Bookey, Weiss & Di Giovanni LLP (“W&D”), and Dynamic Sports Group (“Dynamic”). The Complaint alleges . The Complaint states eight causes of action for: 1) Breach of Contract; 2) Breach of Fiduciary Duty; 3) Breach of Fiduciary Duty; 4) Breach of Fiduciary Duty; 5) Conspiracy to Commit Fraud and Breaches of Duty; 6) (Intentional Interference with Contract; 7) Accounting; and 8) Injunctive Relief.

The Complaint alleges that on September 30, 2019, Plaintiff, Weiss and Ross entered into an agreement pursuant to which Weiss and Ross sold their membership interests in Empire Athletes LLC (“Empire”)
