On June 12, 2020, Defendant filed the instant motion for transfer of venue. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no reservation time was set at filing. On June 24, 2020, the court scheduled the motion for July 27, 2020 at 10:00 am. (Minute Order 6/24/20.) The Court served notice of the continuance on the moving party Defendant and ordered the moving party to serve notice on all other parties. The moving party has failed to file proof of service of the Court’s June 24, 2020 order on any other party.
