Plaintiff, Caroline Simpson filed this action against Defendant, Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church for damages arising out of a slip and fall on Defendant’s property. On 6/8/20, Plaintiff filed an Amendment to Complaint naming the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Los Angeles as Doe 1. Plaintiff moves for trial setting preference, contending her age and health are such that preference is necessary.
