On March 23, 2020, Plaintiff Dynamic Construction Services, Inc. filed the instant action against Defendant Air Design Solutions and Does 1 through 50. The Complaint asserts causes of action for:
Breach of Written Contract;
Open Book Account;
Account Stated;
Money Had and Received; and
Quantum Meruit.
On June 23, 2020, default was entered as to Air Design Solutions (hereinafter Defendant). On August 31, 2020, Plaintiff dismissed Does 1 through 50. On September 11, 2020, Plaintiff dismissed the second, third, fourth, and fifth causes of action with prejudice.
Plaintiff seeks judgment against Defendant in the amount of $76,587.02 consisting of $70,427.80 in damages, $5,555.97 in interest, and $603.25 in costs.
