Nature of Proceedings: Petition to Appoint Guardian of the Person
IMPORTANT NOTICE: This is for informational purposes to identify defects in the record that may be cured. No hearing will be held on this date. (Court Order by Presiding Judge, Carrozzo, dated March 23, 2020.) Once operations resume, the Court will notify all parties of their new hearing date.

1) Court Investigator’s Report – Due to COVID-19 orders by the Governor of California, the Court Investigator’s reports are delayed indefinitely. The Court Investigators are doing all they can to investigate new guardianship cases using technology.
