Defendants Scott Housman and Sigma 6 Electronics, Inc.'s Motion to Disqualify Counsel is granted pursuant to Rule 3-310(E) of the California Rules of Professional Conduct. The Court finds that Defendants have presented sufficient evidence showing the existence of an attorney-client relationship between Defendant Sigma 6 and the law firm currently representing Plaintiff Michael Cirolia. Defendant Housman, the sole shareholder of Sigma 6, testified that he considered the Business Law Group, PC ("BLG") to be the company's attorneys regarding the review and revision of certain corporate documents.
