This limited civil matter arises from a contract dispute. The original and still operative Complaint filed July 2, 2020 by self-represented Plaintiff William Eichen as “Managing Partner, Gimmel Entrepreneurs Group,” states claims for: 1) Breach of Contract; 2) “Hostile Work Environment,” and; 3) “Religious Discrimination and Sexual Harassment.” Based on the caption of the Complaint these claims appear to be brought by both William Eichen and Gimmel Entrepreneurs Group as Plaintiffs against Defendants Omniscience Corporation, Sunil Rawat, Manu Shukla, Pallavi Ramnarain, Marge Anderson, Kenneth Coleman, Translink Capital, LP and Oriza Ventures.
Currently before the Court is the motion for judgment on the pleadings (“JOP”) brought by individual Defendants Sunil Rawat, Manu Shukla, Pallavi Ramnarain, Marge Anderson and Kenneth Coleman (hereafter collectively “Defendants”) directed at all three causes of action in the original Complaint.
