This is a putative class action arising from the automatic renewal of subscriptions for digital content offered by Defendants Google LLC, d/b/a YouTube and YouTube, LLC (“Defendants” or “YouTube”). Defendants demur to each cause of action in the operative Complaint for failure to state a claim (Code Civ. Proc., § 430.10, subd. (e)), and Plaintiff opposes their demurrer. As explained below, the Court OVERRULES Defendants’ demurrer.
