25 This is a representative action brought pursuant to the Private Attorneys General Act of 26 2004 (“PAGA”). According to the Complaint filed on June 1, 2020, plaintiff Joshua Robinson 27 (“Plaintiff”) was employed by defendants Stryker Corporation (“Stryker”), Stryker Sales 28 Corporation, and Howmedica Osteonics Corp.
