(“Plaintiff”) against defendant Stericycle, Inc. (“Stericycle”) arising out of alleged wage and 24
hour violations. The First Amended Class Action Complaint (“FAC”), filed on July 22, 2020, 25
sets forth the following causes of action: (1) Failure to Pay Minimum Wages; (2) Failure to Pay 26
Overtime; (3) Failure to Provide Meal Periods; (4) Failure to Permit Rest Breaks; (5) Failure to 27
Provide Accurate Itemized Wage Statements; (6) Failure to Pay all Wages Due Upon Separation 28
1 of Employment; (7) Violation of Business and Professions Code § 17200, et seq.; and 2 (8) Enforcement of Labor Code § 2698, et seq. (“PAGA”).
