Oakmont Collections, LLC (“Petitioner”) petitions, pursuant to Insurance Code sections 10134, et seq., for approval of a transfer of structured settlement payment rights from Kailey Bartlett (“Payee”).1 G7 Crescenta, LLC (“G7”) agreed to purchase a lump sum payment from Payee.
