2021796 – DOCTORS MEDICAL CENTER OF MODESTO INC vs GARDNER TRUCKING INC – Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment or, in the alternative, Motion for Summary Adjudication – PRIOR TENTATIVE RULING AFFRIMED and MODIFIED, as follows:
The Court affirms the prior tentative ruling, issued on 1-13-21, as to the lead action (Case No. 2021796); however, the Court finds that the motion is MOOT as to the claims set forth in Case No. CV19-3530, due to submission of the First Amended Complaint in that action while the motion was pending.
CV-20-000056 – ZAMUDIO, MARIA vs TAM, TONY, MD – Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint - GRANTED, and unopposed.
The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently demonstrated grounds for the proposed amendment.
