Receiver Gary R. Farrar’s Motion for Approval of Final Account and Report – HEARING REQUIRED.
Based on review of the moving and supporting papers and the evidence submitted herein, the Court is inclined to GRANT the receiver’s motion. The Court will conduct a hearing with regard to the issue of allocation of the net proceeds. The parties shall be prepared to submit documentation of any expenses in that regard which are not reflected in the receiver’s report of expenses relative to the property.
