The motion of plaintiff, Aerotek, Inc. ("plaintiff") for an order sealing the records lodged conditionally under seal in support of plaintiff's opposition to defendant The Johnson Group Staffing Company's ("defendants"') motion for attorneys' fees is granted as to the O'Brien and LaChance Declarations and is denied without prejudice as to the Wiseman Declaration.

Plaintiff's motion is made pursuant to Civil Code section 3426.5, California Rules of Court, Rules 2.550 and 2.551, and the Stipulated Protective Order, entered February 1, 2008. Plaintiff seeks to seal the entirety of the Declarations of Dylan Wiseman and appended exhibits, being Declarations of Jeffrey LaChance and Mike O'Brien.
