On October 23, 2019, Plaintiff Alejandro Aguilar filed the instant action against Defendant Skandia Bakery, Inc. and Does 1 through 50. On February 20, 2020, Plaintiff filed the First Amended Complaint (“FAC”). The FAC asserts causes of action for:

Disability Discrimination (Cal. Gov. Code § 12940, et seq.);

Failure to Provide Reasonable Accommodation (Cal. Gov. Code § 12940, et seq.);

Failure to Engage in Good Faith Interactive Process (Cal. Gov. Code § 12940, et seq.);

Retaliation (Cal. Gov. Code § 12940, et seq.); and

Wrongful Termination in Violation of Public Policy.

On October 8, 2020, default was entered as to Skandia Bakery, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”). On December 21, 2020, Plaintiff dismissed the Doe Defendants without prejudice.
