BACKGROUND

This action arises out of the alleged stalking of Plaintiff by Defendant and his two teenage daughters. Plaintiff alleges Defendant and his two daughters began sending threatening messages to Plaintiff because Defendant believed Plaintiff was romantically involved with Defendant’s ex-wife. Plaintiff further alleges Defendant made threats to Plaintiff’s daughters and ex-wife as well as made several defamatory statements to Plaintiff’s family and friends.
