Motion for leave to file cross-complaint is granted. Cross-complaint must be separately efiled within 20 days.
California law allows liberal amendment of pleadings and actions which in result in judicial economy. The cross-complaint could be filed separately but that would entail additional, unnecessary costs, and it would be most likely related to this case. No opposition was filed.
