Plaintiff Green Lion Trading, Inc. alleges that Defendants Appollo, Inc.; Lana Silver; and Liliya Kelmanzon, (collectively, “Defendants”), who work in insurance services, failed to add Plaintiff’s vehicle and a driver to their insurance policy in a timely manner.
On September 24, 2019, Defendants served Plaintiff with Sets No. 1 of the Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, Production of Documents, and Requests for Admission. Plaintiff requested a three-week extension from Defendants, which was granted. Plaintiff failed to produce any discovery by the agreed upon deadline. No discovery has been received by Defendants.
