TENTATIVE RULING:

Defendant Thomas Anderson’s Demurrer is OVERRULED and Motion to Strike is DENIED.

ANALYSIS: I. Background On May 29, 2019, Plaintiff Jose Manzo (“Plaintiff”) brought this action asserting a single claim for disability discrimination under the Unruh Act (Civ. Code § 51) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) against Defendant Thomas Anderson (“Defendant”), an operator of a hair salon. In response, Defendant filed a Demurrer to and Motion to Strike the Complaint on July 16, 2019. Plaintiff filed an Opposition on July 22. II.
