Plaintiff Hollie C. Frey (“Plaintiff”) seeks a preliminary injunction enjoining Defendants Statebridge Company, LLC, Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, and ZBS Law LLP from selling or attempting to sell, including at a trustee’s sale, real property located at 3965 Norton Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90008 (the “Property”).

Factual Background

In or about March 2006, the Property was transferred to Plaintiff as her sole and separate property by grant deed. (Frey Decl. ¶ 1, Exh. 1.)

On January 25, 2007, Plaintiff executed a promissory note reflecting a home equity line of credit she obtained from Mortgage Investors Group for $62,500 (“Loan”).
