On December 6, 2019, plaintiff Richard Brun filed this action against Special Events Staffing (“SES”) and Dustin Nelson (“Nelson”) for negligence, assault, and battery. Plaintiff also asserted a claim for negligent hiring, training, and supervision against SES.
