On November 19, 2019, Plaintiff Five Tower, LLC filed the instant action against Defendants Choe’s Fashion, Inc.; Yeon Ahn; and Does 1 through 10. The Complaint asserts causes of action for:
Breach of Contract;
Open Book Account;
Account Stated;
Reasonable Value; and
Breach of Personal Guarantee (against Ahn).
On February 5, 2020, default was entered as to Defendants Choe’s Fashion Inc. and Yeon Ahn (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendants”). On February 14, 2020, Plaintiff dismissed Does 1 through 10 without prejudice.
Plaintiff seeks judgment against Defendants in the amount of $33,019.24, consisting of $30,356.88 in damages, $856.65 in pre-judgment interest, $505.00 in costs, and $1,300.71 in attorney fees.
