This is an action for breach of a guaranty and voidable transfer. Plaintiff alleges that certain borrowers defaulted on loans that the five Defendants guaranteed and now owe Plaintiff over $4 million on the defaulted loans. Plaintiff also seeks to recover $1.1 million in voidable transfers that reduced the pool of available guarantor assets.

Attorney Gabriel E. Bedoya moves for admission pro hac vice as counsel for Defendants David Ponn, Troy Smith, Christian Fuller, and OC Journey Properties I, LLC.
