BACKGROUND
On November 4, 2019, Plaintiff Timothy Burton (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendants Costco Wholesale Corporation and Luis Giovanni Galvez (“Defendants”). The complaint alleges general and motor vehicle negligence for an automobile collision that occurred on May 7, 2018.
On July 6, 2020, Plaintiff filed a motion to compel responses to form interrogatories
from Defendant Costco pursuant
to Code of Civil Procedure, section 2030.290.
On November 16, 2020, Defendant Costco filed its opposition.
On November 20, 2020, Plaintiff filed its reply.
On December 1, 2020, the Court issued an order continuing the hearing on the motion, noting the parties’ engaged in an Informal Discovery Conference
