This action arises out of an alleged sexual assault. Plaintiff Jane Doe (“Plaintiff”) alleges that Arsen Aleksanyan (“Aleksanyan”), who is a wrestling coach at Life Pacific University (“LPU”), sexually assaulted her.
The instant hearing is a motion regarding the cross-complaint, which is essentially a defamation action.
Cross-Complainants LPU and Aleksanyan (collectively “Cross-Complainants”) essentially allege that Cross-Defendant Freddy Garcia (“Cross-Defendant”) is Plaintiff’s associate and, in apparent retaliation for Aleksanya
