Motions to Compel Responses to Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Request for Production (All Set One)
Having considered the moving papers, the Court rules as follows. No opposing papers have been filed.
BACKGROUND
On October 25, 2019, Plaintiff Manuel Mondragon (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendants Wolstan & Goldberg Eye Associates, Damien Forrest Goldberg, M.D., Barry J. Wolstan, M.D., and T. Mai Phan, M.D. (“Defendant Phan”). Plaintiff medical malpractice in the complaint arising from deficient treatment rendered between October and December of 2018.
On June 20, 2020, Defendant Phan filed motions to compel responses to Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Request for Production (All Set One) pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure sections 2030.290 and 2031.300.
On July 1, 2020, the Court scheduled Defendant Phan’s discovery motions to be heard on November 10, 2020.
Trial is set for April 23, 2021.
