On August 28, 2019, Plaintiff Oksanna Asiryan (“Plaintiff”) filed the instant action against Jasmen H. Ghookassian, Johnhart Corp dba Johnhart Real Estate (collectively “Defendants”), Angela Avetisyan, and Does 1 through 50.
This action arises out of Defendants’ alleged failure to disclose a cockroach infestation with regard to Plaintiff’s purchase of a piece of real property from Defendants. (Complaint ¶¶ 9-28.) Plaintiff alleges that Defendants lied to Plaintiff about there never being a pest infestation
