Motions to Compel Initial Discovery
Having considered the moving papers, the court rules as follows. No opposition paper was filed with the court.
BACKGROUND
On September 30, 2019, Plaintiffs Maria Wilminda-Sico (“Wilminda-Sico”) and Mark Lamson (“Lamson”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed a complaint against Defendants Victoria Do Lee (“Lee”) and Does 1 to 20. The complaint alleges negligence for an automobile collision that occurred on September 29, 2019.
On December 3, 2019, Defendant Lee filed an answer to Plaintiff’s complaint.
On March 17, 2020, Defendant Lee filed the instant three motions to compel initial discovery from Plaintiff Lamson.
On April 28, 2020, Defendant Lee filed the other instant three motions to compel initial discovery from Plaintiff Wilminda-Sico.
On May 4, 2020, Defendant Lee noticed all parties that the hearing for the motions to compel initial discovery from Plaintiff Lamson have been rescheduled by the court from June 4, 2020, to August 31, 2020.
