REQUEST FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT IS GRANTED.

On September 25, 2019, Plaintiff Spyglass Villas Homeowners Association filed the instant action against Defendant Mark Hassan and Does 1 through 50. The Complaint asserts causes of action for:

Injunctive Relief;

Declaratory Relief;

Nuisance;

Payment of Dues and Assessments;

Common Counts; and

Account Stated.

On December 23, 2019, default was entered as to Defendant Mark Hassan (hereinafter “Defendant”). On February 5, 2020, Does 1 through 50 were dismissed without prejudice.

Plaintiff seeks entry of a default judgment ordering that:

Defendant take steps to gain his tenants’ compliance with the governing documents. Defendant is to ensure that the tenants not place personal property in the common areas and keep the stairway unobstructed. Defendant is to ensure that his tenants do not violate the rules for use of the common area amenities. Tenants are not to have parties at the common area pool, play loud music or harass other residents
