Tentative ruling:

The court continues the Case Management conference, the OSC and Plaintiff’s request for entry of default judgment to _____________.

After review of the submitted default judgment request (filed 2/27/2020), the court finds: A summary of the case is required. Copies of the back of the checks are required. Plaintiff’s assignor M-Zone Service must describe generally the nature of the underlying transaction and its role. M-Zone must state the consideration M-Zone paid for these checks and to whom it was paid. One of the checks was drawn on the account of Teenplo ($2,802.80) and does not appear to be a payroll check as alleged. There is no evidence if Teenplo itself stopped payment (in which event defendants may or may not be liable). Finally, Plaintiff shall explain why and in what amount defendant Gung J. Bae is liable for Deep Sea
