Petitioner Timothy Tyrone Pollard (“Petitioner”) moves to quash deposition subpoenas for Petitioner’s medical and billing records that Respondent Allstate Northbrook Indemnity Company (“Respondent”) served on: (1) Long Beach Fire Department c/o Office of City Attorney; (2) Healthpointe Medical Group; (3) Long Beach Memorial Medical Center; and (4) Long Beach Memorial Medical Center Billing Office. In opposition, Respondent represents it has cancelled the subpoenas at issue. (Opposition, p. 2.) The Court therefore denies the motion as moot. The Court declines to award sanctions. The Court concludes that the parties had a good faith dispute as to the proper scope of the subpoenas, and that neither party has acted in bad faith........
