On July 29, 2019, Brandy Jolene Alexus Cave, in propria persona, commenced this action against Lauren A. Abedini for general negligence and states she has suffered wage loss, loss of use of property, hospital and medical expenses, general damages, property damages, loss of earning capacity, and other damage. (Complaint, ¶¶10-11.)
On October 1, 2019, the Court denied Defendant’s motion to dismiss.
On February 7, 2020, Defendant filed the instant motion for judgment on the pleadings.
