Cross-Defendant Shi Young Lim’s demurrer to the Cross-Complaint by Defendant/Cross-Complainant Lynn Kim is SUSTAINED with leave to amend.

On July 25, 2019, Plaintiff Bee Investment Inc. (“BII”) filed a complaint against Defendant Lynn Kim (“Kim”), stating three causes of action for 1) breach of contract; 2) reimbursement; and 3) common counts – money had and received.
