Defendants’ Motions to Compel Further Responses to Form and Special Interrogatories and Requests for Production

Following an Informal Discovery Conference, the parties met and conferred, and then, pursuant to the court’s order, filed a Joint Statement indicating that they had spent 4 hours following the IDC in an attempt to resolve the issues presented by these motions.
