[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES
Plaintiffs filed this action on April 23, 2019 alleging defects in a 2017 Ford Explorer. Plaintiffs served requests for production on Defendant Ford Motor Company (“Defendant”). The Court ordered the parties to participate in an Informal Discovery Conference and continued the hearing on the motion to allow for an IDC. The parties failed to schedule or participate in an IDC. In the future, the parties are to comply with the Court’s requirement that they participate in an IDC before filing a motion to compel further responses.
The Court rules as follows:
Request No. 30: Granted in part. This request seeks all documents identifying Ford’s repurchases of 2017 Ford Explorers that had the same defects alleged by Plaintiffs in this case.
