BACKGROUND
On April 23, 2019, Plaintiffs filed a complaint arising from an allegedly defective 2014 Ford Flex (the “Subject Vehicle”). Plaintiffs allege the following causes of action against Defendants: (1) violation of the Song-Beverly Act—breach of express warranty; (2) violation of the Song-Beverly Act—breach of implied warranty; and (3) violation of the Song-Beverly Act Section 1793.2.
