Background

This action arises out of Jane Doe’s residency at KF Community Care, LLC, doing business as Community Care Center (“Community Care”). Plaintiff, Lauren B (“Plaintiff”), is Jane Doe’s court appointed conservator. Plaintiff’s Complaint alleges that Jane Doe was 26 years old but has the mental capacity of a young child, and that she suffered rape at Community Care in the fall of 2018. Specifically, Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Sergio
