On May 15, 2019, plaintiff Jose Barragan (“Plaintiff”) filed this legal malpractice action against defendants Bryan Castorina and Law Office of Bryan Castorina (“Defendants”).
Defendants now move to strike the Complaint in its entirety pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 436, subdivision (b). Plaintiff opposes the motion.
