On August 18, 2020, Plaintiff Issa al Bayati, by and through his guardian ad litem Maha al Sadoon filed a second amended complaint (SAC) against the Los Angeles School District (LAUSD), Ana Velasco, and Nelson Velasco, alleging: negligence and premises liability.
Defendant now moves for summary judgment of Plaintiff’s SAC.
