Background
Plaintiffs Fe Gresko (“Gresko”), a disabled adult, by and through Glenn Gresko as her guardian ad litem, and Glenn Gresko (jointly, “Plaintiffs”) filed this action on February 22, 2019 against Defendants Honda Motor Company, Ltd. (“HMC”), American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (“American Honda”), and Honda De Mexico S.A. De C.V. (“Honda Mexico”). The Complaint asserts causes of action for strict product liability and negligent product liability arising out of an accident that occurred while Gresko was driving her 2016 Honda HRV in May 2017.
American Honda now moves to dismiss this action based on forum non conveniens. The motion is unopposed.
