Background
On January 17, 2019, Plaintiff Rudy Giron filed the instant action against Defendants FCA US LLC; Champion Dodge, LLC dba Champion Chrysler Jeep Dodge; and Does 1 through 10. The Complaint asserts causes of action for:
(1)
Violation of Song-Beverly Act – Breach of Express Warranty;
(2)
Violation of Song-Beverly Act – Breach of Implied Warranty;
(3)
Violation of the Song-Beverly Act section 1793.2; and
(4)
Negligent Repair. On February 3, 2021, the Court granted Plaintiff’s motion to compel Defendant FCA US LLC’s responses to Plaintiff’s Special Interrogatories, Set One. The Court ordered Defendant FCA US LLC (hereinafter “Defendant”) to provide verified, code-compliant responses without objections within thirty (30) days.
Plaintiff now moves for an order compelling Defendant’s compliance with the Court’s February 3, 20
