STATEMENT OF MATERIAL FACTS AND/OR PROCEEDINGS:

Plaintiffs allege that Defendant Titanium Alarm initiated four to six unauthorized inquiries on their credit reports in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Consumer Credit Reporting Agencies Act, and the Consumer Legal Remedies Act. Plaintiffs also allege a violation of Business & Professions Code § 17200.

Defendant moves to strike Plaintiffs’ prayer for punitive damages and related allegations.
