TENTATIVE RULING:
Petitioner Allied Property & Casualty Insurance Company’s Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award is CONTINUED to MAY 28, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. in Department 25 at the SPRING STREET COURTHOUSE. At least 16 court days prior to the new hearing date, Petitioner is to file supplemental papers correcting the deficiencies discussed herein. Failure to do so may result in the Petition being placed off calendar or denied.
