Hunt seeks to be relieved as counsel for JDS Minions (“JDS”). Hunt’s motion is compliant with California Rules of Court, Rule 3.1362.

DISCUSSION

In connection with the motion to be relieved as counsel for Daniels-Stock and JDS, Dustin Lozano—who is an attorney at Hunt—declares that: (1) counsel cannot continue the representation of JDS due to a breach of counsel’s and client’s agreement which necessitated the filing of the motion to be relieved as counsel; and (2) counsel offers to provide more specific information to the Court by way of an in camera hearing.

The Court has dis
