Petitioner John Doe (“Petitioner”) petitions for a writ of administrative mandate directing Respondent Regents of the University of California (“Respondent”) to set aside a decision of the University of California, Los Angeles (“UCLA”) to dismiss Petitioner from the university for violating an “Interim Exclusion” pending an investigation of alleged sexual misconduct.
