In his petition filed January 28, 2019, Petitioner Joseph Shepler (“Petitioner”) sought a writ of ordinary mandate directing Respondents State of California, Division of Occupational Safety and Health (“DOSH”) and Douglas Parker, Chief of DOSH (collectively “Respondents”) “to inform [Petitioner] as to whether they have completed an investigation or inspection regarding the claims alleged in [Petitioner’s] PAGA Notice, including whether any citations ... were issued.” (Pet. 10.)
