Plaintiff Cheng Yang (“Plaintiff”) alleges as follows: On or about November 14, 2018, Plaintiff entered into a written lease with Defendant JTNA Enterprises, LLC (“Defendant”) to rent the commercial property located at Colima Rd., Rowland Heights, CA 18327 (“subject property”) from Defendant. Defendant, however, concealed that it would not be able to comply with its promise to comply with L.A. County building codes, applicable laws, covenants or restrictions of record, regulations and ordinances. Defendant also failed to provide accurate and current occupancy load with parking matrix
