PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF PROBATE CONSERVATOR OF THE PERSON AND
ESTATE
TENTATIVE RULING: The Petition is DENIED without prejudice.
This matter came on originally on June 13, 2019. The Court continued it to July 25, 2019, to allow Petitioners to remedy certain enumerated defects in the Petition and related papers. On July 22, 2019 Petitioners filed an amended petition remedying some, but not all of the deficiencies. On July 25 the Court ordered as follows: “[S]ection 3(a) regarding jurisdictional facts, section 4(b) regarding the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, section 4(c) as to whether the proposed conservatee is a member of a federally recognized Indian tribe, and section 9(d) as to whether the proposed conservatee is an adherent of a religion that relies on prayer alone for healing remain incomplete. Moreover, sections 8 [disqualify from voting] and 9 [seeking powers not requested by the petition] of the proposed order remain deficient as an updated proposed order was not file
